Yoga and Infertilty

Infertility affects approximately 7.3 million women of childbearing age in the United States, but for those who find themselves unable to become - or stay - pregnant, the experience can be incredibly isolating.

Drawing on her own experience with infertility, extensive research, and work with more than 100 women facing these challenges, Angelyn has developed a curriculum to help individuals struggling with infertility use yoga to promote healing for body, mind, and spirit.

Angelyn is pleased to offer workshops and one-on-one sessions designed to help women facing infertility. While her weekly fertility focused group class is on pause because of COVID-19 considerations, you can work with her in virtual or in-person private sessions. Contact her to request more information.

I highly recommend Angelyn's yoga for fertility class. She creates a safe, nurturing environment that is supportive and understanding in difficult circumstances. Not only is the yoga practice wonderful, but the community established has a healing effect.
